Losing Weight Is A Drawn-Out War

Though i don’t care whether others are fat or slim, most of the overweight person are eager to lose the weight. But during the painful and long-term losing weight of my surrounding friends, i concluded the losing weight as a drawn-out war.For any troops who want to win the war,their strategy should be right, their weapons should be powerful, and their soldiers should be courage.

Losing weight is a drawn-out war,if you want to win the war,you should done the follows:

1.Set up your determination.This is the right strategy for losing weight. If you could not do that,then losing weight is impossible.Your mind is the most powerful tool in achieving any goal in your life. If you think that you will never be able to lose weight that is what you will get. Meaning you will never lose weight. But if you think positive and is determined to lose that excess fat it will be definitely reachable to you.

2.Insist on regular exercises. This is the powerful weapon.Exercises should be done according to a schedule and in moderate levels. Too much of exercises is bad for your health. Exercises may vary depending on where you want to lose the fat in your body.

3.Have right diet. This is the courage.More of whole meal carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, and less meat and fat is the ideal diet plan for obese people. Normal Carbohydrates are broken down to glucose, which is utilized by our muscles and other organs as energy. Excess of carbohydrates are stored in the adipose tissue, which leads to obesity. But the whole meal carbohydrates are not converted immediately to glucose, hence it is considered safe.

Remember that losing weight can not be done in a day.Hope you can win the drawn-out war.

Lose weight can not be done in days,just as the Roman can not built in a day. You may have been upset for the odd fat in you body,you may want to kick them down as soon as possible.However,if you want to lose your weight, you’d better have a scientific program,and never trust the fast lose weight advertisements.

I am not a professional expert who can help you lose weight,but as what i have heard from my friend who were fat,but have lost weight successful.Here are some tips must on your program:

1. Never trust fast lose weight advertisements. Almost all of the advertisements  about fast lose weight diet are fake,if you trust them, then they will make you down,and the worse is they may bring you some side effects.

2. Determination and persistence. Lose weight is always tedious and torturable, somebody have made a program,but as the effects may not come out in short time,they may feel upset,then they will not persist,and the result turn out to lose.

3.Keep on sport practice.sport practice can digest the extra calorie,that is as side to be a scientific way to lose weight, but that’s not enough, if you can follow some program designed by experts,that will help you achieve your aim.

Losing weight is torturable,but having a beautiful body is great.As what i always said to abercrombie clothes: it is worthy.

Thanks God, i am not the man who is overweight, so i don’t have to drag by the weight,and i don’t have to feel confused about how to lose the damn weight,that means i don’t have to feel upset when the result is negative.

But unfortunately,there are some ones who are not lucky,i am not rejoicing in the calamity of others,i really feel sorry about that.They tried all what they can to lose the weight:take medicines, be on diet,even take the operation, then came the results as wasting money and brought their bodies many side effects.At last,somebody’s life was ruined and somebody even took the suicide.That not we want our life be and that should not what our life be.

For Gold give us body,no matter fat or what,that’s who we are,we don’t have to be some one else, and the happiness is what in the life we should care.Fat may bring your life some trouble,but they can not ruin your life if you feel like your life. what ruin your life is you don’t like it and you try to be else, that’s the source of problem.By the way,i am surrounding by some friend who are fat,but they do happy,then who cares they are fat? actually,no body said them fat.So buddys,keep your eyes on where they should be but your weight. Is losing weight necessary? for me, nope,even i am fat oneday,i will keep my answer.
