Overweight is quite a disaster for most of us,it makes us look like fat and ponderous,it also brings us some troubles and diseases.So, if you are a victim unfortunately,you may want to lose weight regardless what kind of price you need to pay,you may try many ways,medical ways,sports ways and etc.But some ways may bring you some hurt.So no matter how eager you want to lose weight,you can not try the following ways:
1.Eat little,even eat nothing.some ones may try this way,they think the redundant Calories in their body are all from what they eat,so if they eat less or eat nothing,then they can ingest little calories or none.and at the same time,their body can consume the redundant calories,then they can lose their weight.But this way is too bad,you may pay the price of your life if you persist.One of my friend fainted after a 7-day-persist.
2.Use the medicines blindly.somebody felt confused when they tried to lose weight,then they went to the medicines what they knew from the advertisments,but actually,most of the advertisments are flattering,the medicines can not be so magic.on the contrary,they may bring your body some side effect.
Lose weight can not be done in short time,you have to follow the scientific method and persist,otherwise,lose weight will be just your daydream.
