The topic of lost weight like hot sale cake. Most of time we can lost weight, however they seem to gain it back and sometimes gain more than they lost. I have a try before, when we lost weight obviously, the next shound turn back. Fortunately now i have a good way to keep my shape.
1. We should know something
When we do something, at first we should have faith in mind. We all know that losing weight lies in those few inches between our ears, the brain. Most diets we try help us lose some weight, but keeping it off is controlled by what our mind is telling us. If we allow our mind to tell us having ice cream each night before we go to sleep is ok, then we will have the ice cream.
2. Controlling your mind
Everyday i have too much work, so that i have no time to watch TV, but I do watch occasionally to see the host’s shape like Dongqin. How she can keep it? When i am idle, I like guess her secret that they must do exercises by their way from time to time, but she always manages to drop the few pounds she gains, and I know she stays away from certain foods, but I think the key to her success is the mind control. I remember when she began she kept the weight off for a long time, then she gained it back. The next time she lost the weight it stayed off except for a few pounds which she usually loses. I don’t remember what her exact words were after she lost weight the second time, but I am sure it was something to do with the mind. For example when we do something before, we should believe us, then you must show the best.
3.Really go
This is when we take part in sports game we alsways listen this sentence, really go… So here today i still remind you really go! If the mind is keeping us from losing weight and keeping it off, we need to change the way we think. The mind is a powerful thing, it can be difficult to change our thoughts.
4. The last, donot forgot reward yourself
When are success about your weight, this is the best thing, so at that time donot forget reward yourself, maybe the links of london jewellery, links of london sweetie bracelet and links of london watches are the best choose.
Whatever you lost your weight, you must dislike to get back, then keep it and concentrate on not giving back any of the weight you lost and if you lose more Great!
