Though i don’t care whether others are fat or slim, most of the overweight person are eager to lose the weight. But during the painful and long-term losing weight of my surrounding friends, i concluded the losing weight as a drawn-out war.For any troops who want to win the war,their strategy should be right, their weapons should be powerful, and their soldiers should be courage.
Losing weight is a drawn-out war,if you want to win the war,you should done the follows:
1.Set up your determination.This is the right strategy for losing weight. If you could not do that,then losing weight is impossible.Your mind is the most powerful tool in achieving any goal in your life. If you think that you will never be able to lose weight that is what you will get. Meaning you will never lose weight. But if you think positive and is determined to lose that excess fat it will be definitely reachable to you.
2.Insist on regular exercises. This is the powerful weapon.Exercises should be done according to a schedule and in moderate levels. Too much of exercises is bad for your health. Exercises may vary depending on where you want to lose the fat in your body.
3.Have right diet. This is the courage.More of whole meal carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, and less meat and fat is the ideal diet plan for obese people. Normal Carbohydrates are broken down to glucose, which is utilized by our muscles and other organs as energy. Excess of carbohydrates are stored in the adipose tissue, which leads to obesity. But the whole meal carbohydrates are not converted immediately to glucose, hence it is considered safe.
Remember that losing weight can not be done in a day.Hope you can win the drawn-out war.
